⇒On the back of your bib will be personal information that you need to verify is correct to ensure accurate timing results.  You will also receive the shirt size you selected during the registration process.  There will be no shirt exchanges until after the completion of the race to ensure all participants get the shirt they registered for.
 
⇒To ensure accurate results, it is the responsibility of the runner to securely pin their bib onto the FRONT of their clothing.  Please do not bend or otherwise alter your bib.
 
***Please note***we cannot hold personal belongings on race day so please allot enough time to receive your packet and return your items to your vehicle prior to the race start.

•The 5k race starts promptly at 7:04 a.m.

•The Lil Firecracker race starts promptly at 8:00 a.m.

•The start and finish line is in front of Swan Brewing, on the Course Map.

•For your "Unofficial Results" we will have QR codes to scan and kiosks to check your unofficial times before you leave the finish line area. If you are viewing this on your mobile device, you can CLICK HERE to turn your phone into a kiosk to check your time after you cross the line as well. This will be your last chance to verify you are in the correct gender and age group before the awards are presented. Official results will be emailed out to all participants after the event.

•Lead Cyclist will be LeRoy Manninen from LeRoy's Bike Shop.

•There will be on water-stop along the course along 2 mile marker (near Veterans Park).

•Post-race After Party and breakfast will start at 7:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. 

•James Hurst and crew will be flipping pancakes for your post-race enjoyment!

•One Complimentary post-race brew provided by Swan Brewing.

•Race photography by Lisbon Photography.

•The awards ceremony will start at approximately 8:15 a.m.

•Restrooms are located inside and along the perimeter Swan Brewing.

•Please leave bikes, in-line skates, roller blades, skateboards and dogs at home. 

•The use of personal music devices is discouraged. 

•If you are walking or taking walk breaks, please use the right inside lane.

•If you are using a stroller, please line up in the back of the start corral.

•A heat advisory is in effect so please make sure you are taking extra precautions and hydrating in the days prior to the race; not just race morning.

•If you need immediate medical treatment please call 911 or proceed to the nearest Volunteer for assistance.

•Parking around Swan Brewing and Lake Wire is limited so please consider carpooling and get there early utilizing the attached PARKING MAP.

•Please reserve the spaces around Lake Wire for your race-day volunteers.  

•Per the City of Lakeland, there will be no parking allowed at Freedom Park.  Any cars parked there will be towed at the owners expense.
